We do not resell cloud. No Microsoft 365 tenancies, no Azure or AWS. Infrastructure we install, terminate and configure on your site is the whole of what we take on — which is exactly why we can stand behind it.

Cabling & Containment

Cable pulled once, and pulled properly.

Tray, basket and conduit set out with the ceiling grid rather than around it, so every run is supported along its whole length. Getting containment right first is what stops a cable being draped over a pipe and forgotten.

Each run pulled to length, dressed into the tray and labelled at both ends against a schedule. The label is the cheapest part of the job and the one that decides whether the network is still maintainable in three years.

Punched down to patch panels and floor outlets, then tested link by link. You get the results as a document at handover, not a verbal assurance that it all worked on the day.

Network & Security

Switches, VLANs and firewalls, built for the floor they sit on.

Rack elevation drawn before anything is mounted — patch panels, switches, power and cable management given their positions, with room left to grow and air left to move.

Switches configured and segmented, so voice, data, CCTV and guest traffic each sit on their own VLAN instead of sharing one flat network. A camera should never be able to see your file server.

Firewall, routing and the handover from your internet provider, set up as one piece of work. Guest wireless goes out to the internet and nowhere near the corporate side of the network.

Voice & End User

Every desk working on the morning you move in.

Handsets provisioned, extensions and hunt groups built to your directory, and voice kept on its own VLAN so a busy morning on the network never turns into a call that breaks up.

Machines set up, joined to the network and put on the desk they belong to — docks, monitors and peripherals included. People sit down and start working rather than waiting on a queue.

Sited where the traffic actually is, given a network drop and a fixed address, with queues and scan-to-email set up on every machine that needs them.

CCTV & Access Control

Cameras and doors, on the same infrastructure as everything else.

Camera positions chosen against the floor plan, not after it — sightlines that survive the partitions once they go up. Recording sized to the retention you actually need to keep.

Readers, locks and exit devices coordinated with the door schedule and the joinery, so the cable arrives where the door actually is and nothing has to be chased into a finished wall afterwards.

Security runs on the same structured cabling and switching as the rest of the building, segmented onto its own VLAN. One cabling system to install, one to document, one to maintain.

On Site

The contractor building the space is the one wiring it.

Cabling goes in while the ceiling is still open, on the same programme as the partitions and the joinery. No second contractor to book in, and no cutting into a finished wall a month after handover.

Most of this work is for offices we did not build. We survey what is already there, tell you what is worth keeping, and scope the rest — a rack tidy, a floor recabled, a network segmented, an office moved.

Labelling schedule, test results, rack elevation and an address list, handed over as a pack. It is what lets the next engineer — ours or yours — work on the system without guessing.
